HawkwireVPN Terms of Service

TERMS OF SERVICE Last updated: 04/07/26 These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of HawkwireVPN, operated by Trevor Render, trading as HawkwireVPN, a sole trader with a business address at 3 Ash Grove, Riccall, York YO19 6NW ("HawkwireVPN", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use HawkwireVPN. THE SERVICE HawkwireVPN is a VPN reseller service. We do not own or operate our own VPN server network; instead, we provide a customer-facing service — including account management, billing, and support — built on top of infrastructure supplied by a third-party VPN infrastructure provider. Your VPN connection is encrypted using AES-256 encryption and routed through that provider's network. The service is provided on a subscription basis as described in Section 4. ELIGIBILITY You must be at least 18 years old to create a HawkwireVPN account. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are legally permitted to use VPN services in your jurisdiction. YOUR ACCOUNT You are responsible for:

Providing accurate information when creating your account Keeping your login credentials confidential All activity that occurs under your account

Monthly: £5.99/month, billed recurring, cancel anytime 6 Months: £20.00 every 6 months, billed recurring, cancel anytime Annual: £40.00/year, billed recurring, cancel anytime

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices are shown in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable UK taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice; changes will not affect a billing period you have already paid for. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, and receive a full refund. By starting to use HawkwireVPN before the 14-day period ends, you acknowledge that you are requesting immediate access to the service and agree that, once you have used the service, your right to a refund for that billing period may be lost. To cancel within the 14-day period, contact support@hawkwirevpn.co.uk. You may also cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods outside the 14-day cancellation window described above. ACCEPTABLE USE You agree not to use HawkwireVPN to:

Engage in any illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, distribution of malware, or copyright infringement Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any network, server, or account Resell, sublicense, or share your account access with third parties outside your own personal use Abuse, overload, or interfere with the proper functioning of our servers or infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy, in accordance with Section 8. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND LIABILITY HawkwireVPN is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Because we resell infrastructure operated by a third party, our ability to guarantee uptime, performance, or continuity of service is dependent on that provider. We work to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, and we are not liable for any loss arising from service outages, third-party infrastructure issues, or factors outside our reasonable control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. TERMINATION We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms. If we terminate your account for breach, you will not be entitled to a refund for any remaining subscription period. You may cancel your account at any time as described in Section 5. PRIVACY AND LOGGING HawkwireVPN does not monitor, log, or store your browsing activity, connection history, or VPN traffic on our own systems. We retain only the account information needed to provide and support the service (such as your email address and billing details), as described in our Privacy Policy. As a reseller, the underlying VPN connection itself runs on our third-party infrastructure partner's network, not our own servers. We have not independently verified that partner's internal logging practices through third-party audit, and we make no representation as to whether connection-level logs are or are not retained at the infrastructure level. If logging practices at the infrastructure level are important to you, please review our Privacy Policy and contact us with any questions before subscribing. By using HawkwireVPN, you also agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.hawkwirevpn.co.uk/privacy COMPLAINTS If you have a complaint about our service, please contact us at support@hawkwirevpn.co.uk. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and resolve them as quickly as possible. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or via a notice on our website before the changes take effect. Continued use of HawkwireVPN after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
